My boyfriend pre-ordered the set of He-Man vinyls. They were supposed to ship in February, he never received. Reached out to the company in April, he asked where he his products were, and for a refund. The company blocked his account on Facebook. A refund was never issued, and toys were never received.

They use to be great but it would seem they are out to scam people out of extra money on their so called "collector grade" where if you read their policy (which has changed since two years ago) it is at their disgression what is considered mint and will therefore send damaged items under the premise of collector quality. This is at the very least false advertisement and fraud.
