I ordered the Dimond Select toys Ghostbusters 2 figures. The box was damaged during shipping, however my figures were not. They arrived in pristine condition because of how they were packaged. Thank you BigBadToyStore!
The worst customer service EVER!!! I have bought an item en december... we are almost in march..international shipping, they wont refund or re ship the item, they wont give me an ETA..only wait, they have robbed me..i feel soo frustarted...wont recommed this site
Really Good customer service but a little slow with shipping process (almost a week just to send the pieces)
Though I have only used BigBadToyStore four times , each time I've received everything in a timely manner and nothing has been damaged in shipment. Questions asked through email have been answered quickly and thoroughly. When I can't find what I want in stores, I'm definitely going through BBTS.
