I have had nothing but great experiences with their customer service and my orders. Shipping is flat rate inexpensive.
Horrible customer service and Horrible production. They lied to me about when my product shipped. I ordered from them on Dec 8th and I also ordered from Toywiz on the same date. I received my package from toywiz on the 11th and BBTS didn't even process the order until the 13th and sent shipping confirmation on the 15th. When I emailed them, they lied and said the product shipped on the 13th, however when they finally sent my shipping tracking # it stated that the product didn't even ship unti the 15th.
