I ordered from BBTS for the first time last week and was very happy with my experience. My order shipped the next day and arrived in 5 days with their standard flat rate shipping. The 4 Mortal Kombat figures I ordered arrived in great condition, no rips or dents on the boxes. The package was probably the best I've ever received as far as care is concerned. The figures were neatly arranged and surrounded by plenty of packing material to prevent movement damage. I look forward to ordering more from them in the future!

BBTS needs to refund customers who don't receive their orders, Amazon does, so there is no reason to buy from BigBadToyStore

Great products Amazing prices fast delivery and Awesome service
The toys I buy are first rate! All of the action figures have detailed facial features including wrinkles, teeth, tongue, and laugh lines. The action figures look like they are really alive! Even the eyes move in some of the action figures, manually, of course! Big Bad Toy Store is the best place to get quality collectibles. The minor problem I have is how some sought after collectibles on pre order are already sold out!!! And I would have loved to get that item!
