Purchased a collector grade pop. Received anything but collector grade. I've received one email in response to my issue, and it hasn't solved the problem. No additional phone calls or emails despite having sent several and left a voice mail. Have canceled $80+ worth of pre-orders since apparently their customer service department doesn't email or return phone calls or even answer phone calls. Big Bad Toy Store... Emphasis on bad.
First of all very very long delivery Shipping is super expensive I live in Quebec Canada it’s not too far. I received a figure from Japan before my preorder. Then in an other order my box has been seriously damaged has you can see on the picture. I send them an email showing the box and my damaged box inside.then they told me they can’t send me a free shipping slip. So i need to pay to send it back and pay again to get the new one. I have per-order an hiya figure from since March 2018 till now I have not received it they only know to give excuses like they have not receive the item from supplier or supplier have issued. Really have a great experience with them that make me wont be able to trust their words.
Over a decade of great service, and then back to back horrible experiences. a package was lost for 2 months, and they didn't seem to care, and then my last package i paid extra to have tracked is 2 weeks over due still says it hasn't even been scanned in at the shipping depot. they keep telling me its on its way, and all i get are copy paste replies to my Emails. I'm cancelling my current pre-orders and moving them to a Canadian shop.
The care taken to ensure my item was shipped securely was remarkable. bbts also ships quickly. very happy with the service.
Best store in the USA. I do all my preorders with them. Shipping takes 2-3 days after it ships.
