Compared to Amiami, BBTS shipping is a joke.
I’ve pre-ordered a figure back in October and I’ve seen people have been receiving theirs for the past couple weeks from other sites. Still showing mine as a pre-order with no update as to when I’ll receive it.
I pre-ordered a figure in August and it's been 4 months now in my account. Contacted customer service for an update and they had no idea when it would arrive. Boii, it's been 4 months! I opted to get the figure elsewhere and I was able to get it in one week after it was released in Japan. I would not recommend people to do pre-orders with this store.
They are quick and back their products.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had with customer service ever!. You sent me a package with damaged and incomplete (unpainted) goods, which I am willing to send back to origin to get a replacement. And you tell me that I need to film or picture myself tearing apart the toys for getting a refund? That sounds ridiculous coming from a so-called serious company. Unfortunately I won't buy anything from you again. Too bad you lose clients with such ludacrous replies from you customer service representatives. Not recommended... read more
