The shipping was extremely fast and this store is very reliable. I bought some robot spirits figures and I was very satisfied with the price. In amazon the figures were 60$ and in BBTS they were 20$ and 30$
They ship damaged products and then blame the shipping process to avoid any responsibility on it, not recommended at all Waited 4 months for a preorder just to get defective products that are already sold out

I’ve gotten stuff from China faster than this. Took 3 days to ship an IN STOCK item. Grab it off the shelf and put a label on it! Then they finally put the shipping label on the box, and it sat in their warehouse for another whole day until it actually left the facility. Super slow shipping, customer service doesn’t get back to you until 2 days after you send an email. Won’t ever buy anything from them again. Still haven’t gotten my package yet

I paid for ground shipping to have my husband's birthday gift to be here by a certain date and it did not get here on time. they tried saying I need to use another shipping method. the other choice of the method was 6-8 days. I choose fedex ground for faster shipping. And it sat for 3 days in other state. I expected great service from them. I may be getting my husband's transformers from somewhere else that's more reliable.
BBTS has an exemplary fast shipping service and demonstrates great care in both selecting and packaging collector items. I will definitely shop from BBTS in the near future. BBTS comes highly and heartily recommended for collectors!
