Do not rely on customer service to help. I sent a email asking one simple question and got a near two page reply. In that two page reply, they didn't even answer my one question. There are more helpful companies out there. If something goes wrong you want to know customer service will be able to help and answer simple questions. So I will not buy from this company. Katie you have cost this company on going sales.
I ordered the MAS-01 Optimus Prime about two weeks ago and i received it today in the mail. I am in Canada so the shipping took a bit longer than i expected but the figure was well packaged and there was no damage on the item whatsoever. Overall i am very happy with my purchase and i would definitely recommend BBTS to anyone looking for an alternative to Ebay and Amazon. I’m a huge transformers collector and I’ve never had a problem... if there’s some need to call them they are the best... the listen and they work with you... I felt like I could have a full on conversation with these guys... always great quality merch and fast shipping... I swear I don’t shop anywhere else
I love this site!! They have great deals, a large variety of stock, and absolutely care about how the items reach their customers. I have place two orders so far and both have arrived in wonderful condition, with bubble wrap around the entire item to ensure its safety. The $4 shipping for everything is just an added bonus!!
