The deposit for the seige tranformers unicron toy is ridiculous non refundable for a toy that might not come out . Taking peoples money for nothing is terrible business. I have bought toys from you previously but will no longer be doing business with you after seeing that .

I ordered a Hot Toys Rey/BB-8 from BBTS in October. I contacted couple weeks ago to get a replacement part for the BB-8. After some emails, they sent me an entirely new set and they shipped it fast. Unbelievable service.
Always able to find what I'm looking for at a good price.
They have a great selection and prices, a go to for my Transformers collection. I do find their shipping times from order to warehouse to USPS is slow though, just be patient when ordering that all. I got a TW scrapper/shovel for a great deal recently!
