I bought an item for $531.68, one number was wrong on the shipping address. My neighbors accepted the item from Fedex. I have my neighbor on video admitting his mother brought the item inside. The father lied and said they don’t have it. I had the police contact them and turned in the police documentation to Big Bad Toy Store. I received products below standard condition. The items were packed as if someone had their lunch with smears of food particles. Each item was tampered with having severe scuff marks and soiled markings. Not happy. I spoke with customer service and had excuses after poor excuses. Not happy and will not deal with them again. Worst experience ever. 😠
