Ok, I have been buying from them FOR YEARS. I spend a lot on this store. But I have to say I EILL NEVER buy anything from them again. They changed their Pile Of Loot policy without letting the customers know... They charged my credit card WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I was going to ship a lot of purchased items from my pile of loot, but they shipped just one, and they told me About it when they already even had the tracking number. Been doing business with BBTS many many years, probably when they started or close to it. Great company and selection. Always a pleasure doing business with them.
I have purchased from BBTS twice, one was in stock and the other was a pre-order. Both items were competitively price but the customer service makes all the difference. BBTS was great in communication and was always happy to answer the questions I had. The packaging was excellent, the best I have ever seen to protect my items. Shipping was reasonable and fast. Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered the SH MonsterArts 2019 Godzilla: King of the Monsters figure and it came remarkably fast and in amazing condition. They even slapped a “fragile” sticker on my package which I highly appreciated. I h e pre-ordered the king ghidorah figure from BBTS as well!
