TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Pre Order items take extra months to ship compared to other companies such as TF Source. My "Transformers MPM Ironhide too three extra months to ship, TF Source arrived in November, BBTS didn't show up till halfway through January, and I would have had to pay to send it back. Great prices, and had a couple figures I was looking for my daughter that I could only find at other stores (online and brick and mortar) at double to triple the price. Only little nitpick I have is that one of the figures was marked as sold out to purchase it individually but was available as one of the wave packages. I feel that if you have it to include in the wave pack would should be able to still order it individually. Was not impressed to receive damaged products. There was nothing wrong with the postal service and I had it handed to me personally so the problem was back at the warehouse before shipping. While I received a refund, it did not solve the problem getting figures in what should be regarded as 'standard' condition. Everything was way sub-standard. Not impressed.
