The entire bar and restaurant is designed in dark, elegant wood with very stylish and comfortable furniture, chairs and booths--even the requisite fireplace--giving it a private club-like feeling. Beautiful multi-hued granite is used for the table tops and the bar, highlighting the overall design. The owner, Brett Anderson, (a lawyer, but we won't hold that against him) has done an excellent job of designing and furnishing the restaurant and has obviously spared no expense. I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant before visiting Big Steer tonight. We went a bit early before the other couple in our party, an about 25 minutes. We told them party of 4 and they sat us right away. After we had finished our first Martini and where waiting on the waiter so we could order a second , the hostest peaked her head over our booth. Always excellent food and service! We went to celebrate our 8th Anniversary on Saturday night. We were seated right away and drink order taken promptly. My wife loves their frozen drinks made with soft serve ice cream . My wife ordered the fried pickle spears as an appetizer. The special was steak and lobster so I ordered that for us both. It was a special occasion so we wanted a special meal. They didn't disappoint us!
Best steak I've had in years! Garlic mashed potatoes were Devine and our server was fantastic. We will be back!

It was worth the wait! The food was absolutely delicious. The wait staff was very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
