The entire bar and restaurant is designed in dark, elegant wood with very stylish and comfortable furniture, chairs and booths--even the requisite fireplace--giving it a private club-like feeling. Beautiful multi-hued granite is used for the table tops and the bar, highlighting the overall design. The owner, Brett Anderson, (a lawyer, but we won't hold that against him) has done an excellent job of designing and furnishing the restaurant and has obviously spared no expense. Aces all they way. No disappointments. Dinner and service the way it is supposed to be!!!
After reading several reviews about long waits, yes they have long waits sometimes. Friday and Saturday expect a long wait at almost any good restaurant. As far as the staff, I have always found them to be good. Food is very good. Basically if you don't want to wait, I would try somewhere else or try going on a week night.

I enjoyed my Italian steak and asparagus. But my loaded potato tasted like it was made the night before. It didn't taste fresh. :(
Had a bit of a wait. But the service and the steaks were one of the best that I have ever had. I will return soon.
Simply amazing. Service is always great and the food is one of the best in the Midwest. I recommend this place anytime anyone request not just a steakhouse, but a great dining experience. You are usually going to have to wait, but well worth it.
It is far the best, yes there was a wait but always worth it! The bar tenders were even awesome and funny. I had the steak deburgo in butter and garlic sauce, oh my gosh!!! Excellent. My husbands steak was even cooked excellent. Always our choice to go.
