I recently purchased a truck from Big O Dodge, the customer service was 2nd to none. This is the 3rd or 4th vehicle I have purchased from them and I imagine it won’t be the last! Thanks again to all of the employees that went above and beyond to make the process a breeze for me! I highly recommend checking Big O out if you are looking for a vehicle, no pressure and they genuinely care about their customers!
I had an appointment on my only day off this week to get my Jeep serviced. I dropped it off at 10am and went back to get it at 5pm. It had not even been evaluated even though I had an appointment. I made the appointment 3 weeks ago.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. We bought a new 2019 Ram earlier this year. They did everything they could to sell it to us the day we bought it (very pushy); however, as soon as we drove it off the lot, they were done. The truck barely has 9k miles on it and it’s having multiple issues. No one will call us back or is of any help. The truck is under warranty. Seems to me like they are just trying to bide their time until warranty is up. Very disappointed and annoyed.
Hunter sold us two cars today. He made the experience easy and it was wonderful to work with him. Highly recommend!!!!
Their service department's customer service. Chris Watson, Service Advisor is great!
The have terrible customer service in the service department and make promises they do not keep. The excuse is that the person who made the promise shouldn't have made it. I guess you have to get a promise, then call the owner to see if the employee has the power to make the promise in the first place.
