They took very good care of me
Great experience
I contacted the dealer interested in the 2020 GMC truck they had in their used inventory. The lady I spoke to told me that it was at the body shop getting the tailgate repaired. She got my number and was to call me when it came back to the lot for sale. This week I find out that it got sold before I ever got a return phone call.
The truck Was not as advertised. Pictures did not show the extent of paint needed.. When cracking truck, strong gas smell came inside cab with doors closed.. Motor had loud knocking.
Salesman Matt was very helpful. Finance guy was friendly until we refused the extra stuff then he was very short.
So far so good not done yet
The service department is incapable of fixing an ongoing coolant leak, and often has to do the same repair over again because it didn't get done correctly the first time. They replaced the water pump in March 2019, then again in June 2019 They replaced the turbo bypass hose in July 2020, then again in August 2020 due to faulty installation. My truck has been to Big O Dodge a total of 7 times for this coolant problem, resulting in 33 days out of service.
