Was told they had a certain vehicle in stock had a appointment to see it. No email or call to say they sold it before my appointment. So drove out an hour for no reason.
Even with an appointment still had to wait an hour
smoke and mirrors! there is a "Big O Price" really manufacturer incentives and also 0% 72 month special financing. they don't tell up that it is 1 or another until you go into the door. dont bother, SMOKE AND MIRRORS!
I bought a used car from Big O and used LJ as my salesman. He was great- very attentive and not pushy. He anticipates my needs from the beginning!
