Here's how they could improve: ANSWER the emails that have been sent. This dealership is horrible when it comes to internet sales. I've sent a few emails...I've responded to their email, I've sent them my phone number and now they've gone dark. I guess this company has better things to do than work with a potential customer.
3 star I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism. When I came out Saturday to look at cars I wasn’t even greeted or spoken to when we were in the new section. Finally went to the used side and spoke to young and test drove a car I REALLY liked. Called back today 5/20/19 only to be put on hold for 10 mins and then finally told they would need to take my number down and have the salesman get back with me. Do a better inspections on their used vehicle and make good on their promises. Communicate better and honestly to customers. Less pressure on selling used car warranties.
They are scammers. And we’re paid thousands and thousands by my insurance to fix my sunroof and windows and they ruined my car entirely. The headliner is dangling over my head not connected to the roof of the car. The glue they used for my SUNROOF stained from the from the to middle of my cars ceiling. And they did not put the doors’ lining back on correctly and keeps coming off. All of these damages were made by them
The people here are wonderful and friendly at Laurens road site, Dustin our salesman, has the best attitude! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle!
Great shuttle service! I use it every time I get my Jeep serviced and the shuttle driver is always a pleasure to chat with and gets you places on time ! :)
