Since January 9th my truck has been in the shop at Big O Dodge for exactly 40 days. Getting real tired of not having my truck.They admitted it was their fault but 40 days without my vehicle is pathetic !

They were very thorough with explaining what they repaired and took the time to verify and have it covered under my lifetime warranty.
