They sold me a lemon and I have taken it back up there 4 times to have the issues resolved and this last time they kept my brand new Ram 1500 with less than 10k miles on it for 66 consecutive days stating that “Chrysler wasn’t giving them the parts they needed to fix my truck”! I still had to pay the payment and lost two months of Sirius Xm radio. I had 3 recalls on my vehicle and with my anxiety I was not looking forward to getting them fixed. Everyone there was super nice and made everything as easy as possible. And when I went to pick up my vehicle my child pitched a major tantrum and Jake came out to check on me and see if there was anything he could do. Everyone went above and beyond and I’m so glad I chose to go to that location!
