My husband and I took our 2019 Dodge Scat Pack Charger to get the rear right tire fixed we had ran over a nail. My husband just got this car wrapped a week before. When we received our car back there was a puncture on the wrap. Also they did a free 29 point inspection and one of our other tires had rubber coming off. The BIg O! What amazing customers service from all the staff! I seriously just want to hang out and talk with everyone that works here. I have been in a few times for service and definitely will be back! I have never been treated so well especially at a dealership. You should be very proud of the company you have built and the employees you have working with you!

They left my oil low in my truck and now want to charge me $17000.00 to replace my motor. no lie. went in for weeping oil pan. they said timing cover needs done too. $2400 later its fixed. truck starts smoking a couple weeks later. it was 7qts low. beware of these dishonest crooks

It's been verified and you agreed that your truck (which is high mileage and has a programmer on it) burns oil to the tune of a gallon in less than 1000 miles...we didn't leave your truck low on oil. If you don't want it to burn oil then you need a new engine. Nothing we did was dishonest or makes us crooks. The fact that you are unhappy with the diagnosis on your high-mileage vehicle doesn't somehow make us responsible for it...come on, man.
This place is an absolute rip off. Took my car to the service department here that I purchased from another shady dealer on Laurens Rd thinking they would do great work. First, when I called, the receptionist said it would be 2-3 weeks before the car could be looked it. I said no big deal since I have another car. Got a call back the same day, from service rep Rodger, who spit off a list of unneeded repairs that required fixing now or else.. I'm on a tight schedule. I don't have much time for something like a simple Oil change- no tire rotation- just oil change. A at most 30 minute task. I worked for over 20 years in dealership and had positions from technician over shop foreman, service writer, service manager up to branch manager. I NEVER, EVER SENT SOMEONE AWAY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ROOM FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. We had an express lane for such tasks- first come, first serve.
