Purchased a vehicle after three days of negotiations they changed the final sales order to say something other than what we agreed to before purchasing then. Had an issue with the top on our Jeep and have been waiting for three weeks for them to get us in to fix it.

While we had our 17 wrangler in for warranty work we had an oil change done. I have done plant maintenance for 20+ years and have never even on big gearboxes seen a plug on them where it took putting a 600ft lb impact on an oil pan plug to break it loose. THERE IS NO REASON TO HAVE IT THAT TIGHT. I've read previous reviews but figured it was just an oil change what can happen all I can say is stay clear. Better off going anywhere else.
I bought a “Dodge Journey SE Blacktop” yesterday. The personnel was extremely friendly, the best I have ever seen. The dealership is very clean, great atmosphere and they have many choices on cars. I worked with Eric, Thomas and Audrey. They don’t stop trying to give you the best deal. They also offer several financing options. I received a couple of gifts after closing the deal.
