I don't recommend Big o Dodge because their customer service is like a millions dollars in my bank account ..( non- existing. They say one thing and do another. Seems like ALL of their techs went to" school of no knowledge! They're a bunch of idiots and I will not be giving them any more of my time. They are absolutely horrendous!!!They treat their customers like crap then expect you to come back.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!😕

DO NOT CALL the service department if you have a recall. Apparently they don't like to do RECALLS and will actually schedule an appointment 4 months out because they claim they don't have any availability to service the recall until then.. You would think they would be concerned with the safety of their customers. Apparently not. Other dealers can get scheduled within a week. Great place on service and sales!
It was time to upgrade the wife’s vehicle. Malcom Sanchez was very accommodating, knowledgeable and made my wife feel very comfortable in the process. Scott and Malcom showed her numerous vehicles and test drove them. He’s not your normal pushy salesman, greets you on a personal level, and with respect. Scott, and Eric, both sales managers not only were very helpful in getting Malcom to where we needed to be, but also talked with us about options rather than just staying behind tinted glass sending figures out on paper.
