They send you letters telling you they will give you top dollar for your trade, what BS! I got my car 4 years ago. I do thank them for giving me a chance,to get my Credit back up. But they told me if I got the car, made my payments on time,for a year. They would help me refinance my car. Over a year later ,I went back , they said ,they can't help me. I've been paying on my car for 4 years. I still have a pay off of 12,000.
