Bought a car from these folks and it has been terrible ever since. Called this morning and spoke with Ellen in service for a simple oil change and was told couldn’t do it for another 2 weeks. I mentioned to her that I will take it to her competition, McKinney Dodge and she didn’t even try to savage the business. I took that as I don’t care where you go and we’re too busy for you.
