Casper 2 is back on the road thanks to Anthony at Big O! Guys if you have a problem this is the man to go see. He is so much more than a service advisor, he is a tech and a darn good one. Anything I have ever needed he has provided, I have never gotten this kind of service from a dealer in my life. So, dealers are expensive right? If I go through Anthony, I get better pricing than other regular mechanics. Please share this review! I'd like to see him get some recognition!
Best dealership in town if you want to get low-balled on a dealer trade-in! Honestly, $3,500 for a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LS w/ 60,000 miles is insulting. Especially considering the KBB average dealer trade-in value, for the vehicle in "fair" condition, is $5,544 (valid for zip code 29622 through 08/10/2017). Not to mention the rude sales department.
I've bought two Dodge Ram trucks from Ike in the last three years and could not be happier. I tell him what I'm looking for, he finds just what I need, the transaction takes an hour, or less, and I'm back on I-85 headed to NC.

Amazing in how responsive Mr Traylor is and the effort to help his customers. I'm traveling all the way from Alaska to make the purchase across the country and it's still worth it. Even after the sale he has been there to help with requests and coordination efforts. Very pleased and expect there to be more purchases and certainly referrals to our friends and family.
