Worked out numbers on my trading my current Wrangler for a new one. Salesman sent me a buyer's order and everything. When I arrived at the dealership to sign paperwork and such, Big O backed out. Then manager yelled at my father and told us to leave the premises. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
Great customer service. The service department associates are very professional and friendly. My wife and I were very impressed after our first service department visit, and will continue to give Big O Dodge all of our business. After a bad experience at McKinney Dodge, it was very refreshing to deal with a dealership that actually wants to earn your business. We will definitely purchase our next new vehicle from Big O Dodge.

What a great experience!! Neal Singletary listened to what we were looking for and was very straightforward throughout the process. I am more impressed on service after the sale!! We noticed some issues with our 2500 as soon as we got home. I was thinking "here we go with a run around" and man was I surprised!! My husband loves Jeeps. He had a CJ in HS and a TJ until several months ago. Over the past few weeks, he has spoken with a few dealerships about buying a new Wrangler Unlimited. The folks at Big O were beyond patient as we made our decision. Our total experience buying a Jeep from Big O was outstanding, and the service we received from Ike, Robert, and Brian was exceptional. If this place isn't making money from you don't expect anything. I've been trying for 2 month to get some warranty work done and it's been nothing but run arounds and how incapable everyone up there seems to be. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to go.
Went to Big O for service on my 2005 PT Cruiser. Gregg, my service rep, was thoroughly helpful and friendly. For better or worse, my problem was the on-board computer and the Mopar replacement is obscenely expensive- more than my car is worth. Not Gregg or Big o's fault. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and expressed regret for the cost. Though I left dissatisfied, it was not his or the company's fault - just the situation.
