Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had car buying. I had two trade ins and money down for TWO NEW CARS. The salesman Hunter was not helpful and telling me to try to sell one of the trades at Car Max. First time a salesman actually tried to not sell me a car. He wasn't knowledgeable and shouldn't have been selling cars. He needs more training. I blame the leadership at Big O for that. Just got my second Wrangler from Big O and both times have been absolutely awesome! Everyone is super cool and amazing. When it's time for my third Wrangler I will be back for sure.
We have been looking at jeeps for awhile and decided now was the time. We talked to Big O and told them what we wanted in a car. Doug found several to test drive. Fell in love with the first one! Keys were ours in an hour. Everyone was so helpful. A great family that treats everyone like family!
