Had service appointment at 9:15. Got there early 8:55. Greg got my info, sent me to Customer lounge. Cup of coffee and a donut and was back home before 10 am. Excellent customer service.
Thank you Big "O" Dodge and Rick Parsons for a great first car buyer experience for my daughter, Nicole! We love her 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee!
Nothing like getting a new Jeep under that big American flag on the motor mile!
This disturbed me more than mere words can say. A dear friend of mine took their car in to have an oil change last week. When he paid and got back into his car. This is what he saw. The sticker from the Dealership..... My mind took me to 2 places FIRST, Is this a personal threat on my life? SECOND, Are you insulting my vehicle? Or THIRD? WTF? I need your help, please tell me, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
What happened to under the big American flag Mr Odem.
