I drove over to Big O Dodge worried about an issue my car I just recently purchased in 2013 was having. I was not very happy since I bought the car brand new to avoid dealing with huge maintenance issues. I am 2,000 miles outside of my 3 year warranty and the work would cost almost $1,000. I partnered with Mark the service manager and he was able to extend my warranty for me! With it being right after the holidays this was truly a blessing. I'm not usually one to write on Facebook. However, I felt I needed to pass along to everyone how great Big O Dodge is for car buying. I was looking for a new car and my buddy Brian Blymiller hooked me up. If you need or want a new car this is the place for you!
Brought a van from this car lot and my seat is broken and have been calling for the past two months trying to get it fix and can't get the car salesman to keep his word. Brought the car in and it already needs a transmission flush. Will not go back to this car dealership besides to get my seat fix!! I will go back to Texas to buy a car
What a joke this place is. Buy my truck from them, and then have given them multiple opportunities at work, and every time they fail miserably. This time on my wife's Jeep. I'll never be back.
