They beat you up a little on trade in value, but they definitely make up for it and then some in price for the vehicle you purchase. We drove from Memphis, TN to purchase our Chrysler 300 and Dodge 3500. What the dealerships were wanting in Memphis, was basically buy 1 get 1 free at Big O. No kidding!!!

I purchased a used 13' Chevy Equinox from big o dodge yesterday. I was super pleased with Dan-O (our salesman) as I felt he did everything to try & make our deal work with the payment and selling price where we wanted it. After reading reviews , I'm a little nervous about having my car serviced here. After my family has been a customer of Spartanburg dodge for years & years & years - they lost our buisness. So we will see where this goes. Thanks Dan-O!!
I would not recommend anyone to visit this dealership for anything. Very negligent and non trustworthy. Service department destroyed my new truck value with their lack of respect for my business. never will I set foot back there and I will do my part to steer people to McKinney Dodge to buy and service their vehicles.

Bottom line...don't buy a dodge anywhere else. If you are on wade hampton, turn around! Big O builds relationships. They get to know you. They take time to understand your needs. You are not just a name on a list. They ordered my Hell Cat almost 2 years ago and each time they had one cone in, they called me first. Finally the plum crazy cat came in and like usual, they called me. So professional and human. Thank you Big O. I'm a customer for life!
Tomorrow I am going to cancel my visa charge for Big O Chrysler. After 3 days I haven't received a call or anything about applying my discount to the high priced parts that I was overcharged for. I am a retired Chrysler employee and recieve a discount on parts. $450 for a radiator that could have been bought for less than $200. A thermostat for $50 that is less than $20 at the parts store. AND ON TOP OF THAT. The radiator was replaced with only half the bolts. The shroud was installed WRONG with only half the bolts.
