My mom and dad just bought 2 new cars from Big O Dodge from Andy. Anthony helped with getting our hitch put on our truck and helped with a few other issues. I had been shopping around for a car for a while due to the lease being up on my previous car. I knew which one I wanted and found it here. The team was very helpful and definitely made my time there very pleasant. Thomas Ramantanin was very amusing and if you test drive a car with him ask about the mirror. Very clever 😂😂.
Never go here!! Terrible customer service!! I had my Durango towed there because it wouldn't start. They "fixed" it, told me it was a problem with the key module and charged me $700. I picked my car up and on my way home from the shop my car died again and wouldn't start. My husband called the shop, we had it towed back in (another $80) and they said it was the alternator. They repaired the alternator for $1000 and refused to refund any of the money from the 1st $700 that they charged for a key module that was clearly not th... read more
We have purchased or leased now from Big O 7 Jeeps. We have bought 3 Wranglers since 2008, and 3 Grand Cherokees, along with 1 Cherokee. We absolutely love the service we get from Big O and our go to salesman Thomas Ramantanin always takes care of us. We always feel like we have been treated fairly when we leave there with our new vehicle. You guys are the best and Thomas is always available for us which speaks volumes to us. When it's time to lease another Jeep Cherokee we will be calling Thomas at Big O for sure.

Thomas P. Ramantanin was honest, knowledgeable, and helped me clean ALL my **** out of old truck! He's not affraid to get dirty. I've bought 4 vehicles from him so far and he's helping me out on another now. I drive 2.5 hours just to deal with him and the staff. It's funny, I pass at least 2 Ram dealers to get there. Big "O" Dodge leads the way.
My husband and I stopped by the dealership today and I have to say the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'm happy to see great family owned businesses are still in existence.
