We had a great experience at Big O! Three weeks ago we stopped by just to look at 4 door Wranglers and compare prices to other places. Brent (our awesome salesman) came out to greet us, walk us around and answer any questions we had. We never once felt pressured. While there, we saw a 2013 Sahara being traded in, but didn't think much of it. Big O dodge is the only place to buy a car. Got there at 12pm looking to lease a car or truck. Anthony our salesman was patient and showed us a number of different cars. They crunched the #s and it was cheaper to buy. Who knew. Out the door with a new SUV at 330pm. At budget!!!!!! Finance reception and sales where GREAT!!!!! Can't imagine buying a car from anyone else
My mom and I had the best experience! Everyone was so friendly and nice. We've never experienced anything like this when buying or trading a car. Definitely will recommend anyone to come here for their car needs.

The wait staff was great, however the mechanic forgot to reset the mileage for the oil in the truck. Either they didn't follow the checklist of what to do or Big O doesn't have one for something as simple as an oil change. Two changes ago the oil filter was not tightened properly and caused a leak which cost me to have another dealership to tighten it while I was on the road at my cost.
bad service department. I went in for just transmission issues. left with broken grill, and the transmission wasn't fix !
