Teresa Rollins Ray I hate dealing with this dealership. They charged me $25.88 for SHOP EQUIPMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL only to find when I left that the bulb they replaced was sitting in my console. Quoted me a price of $260.00 to get a new FOB and it was $240 plus labor. Ended up being more. They changed the rocker arms in my son's car 12,000 miles after we bought it and it has leaked oil ever since. NEVER have gotten them to honor that. Well they have my car under warranty the differential started popping took it for that and 2 recalls they called me saying they needed to start with a differential flush 400 something dollars problem is I own a shop work on cars everyday I know the problem is not the fluid they may skin some sheep but this isn't going to be one of them will never buy another car from there

Went in for a simple oil change and it literally took them 2 hours just for that.. Finally my husband had to ask how long and the car was ready they just didn't bring it around to us... Sad part is it wasn't busy at all.. Seemed like they was more interested in the pizzas they was eating then the customer.
