WONDERFUL BUYING EXPERIENCE! :D
Great buying experience
The service department is terrible! They lied about things being wrong with our vehicle, basically telling us our wheel would come off if we didn't have it fixed! When we took it to our preferred shop (after realizing big o was a bunch of crooks), they informed us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it! I guess they were just going to pocket that money! Don't go here to have work done!!!

I have by-passed Big O on 2 previous purchases because of a better deal elsewhere. Finally decided to Make a deal , should have went somewhere again !! I only received 1 Key for my 2013 Dodge Journey and was promissed they would find the other or make me one !! Have Called , went by 3 times and have not heard a word ! Still have only 1 key. What does Promise mean to Big O , mus be nothing.
We have bought 7 vehicles from them.
