Service Department is a joke! Had an appointment for an oil change. Pulled into the bay 10 minutes prior to the appointment only to be told 90 minutes later that no one had serviced my vehicle! Did I mention it was closing time! WTF!! Why even move my car if it hasn’t been checked in for service yet??!! That’s why you make a damn appointment!!
