crappy sneaky bastards take money and don't send promptly
Not a good experience. I ordered and paid for a Skutt Kiln in mid April 2017 from the big Ceramic Store. I did have a contact about they method of delivery. did I need a small truck with lift gate. Yes was ,y response and they assured me it would be taken care of. With continued calls( when a live person finally answered the phone) and emails I was constantly being told that it had not arrived from Skutt.
