This Big Ceramic Store is a big criminal by stealing money from us. They charge you money fro items they never intend to ship to you. I paid $217 total price and they only ship 1/3 of item worth $27 only. This is criminal action again customer which equivalent to stealing credit card and charge it. I wish I can rate it with negative start. Need class action to make this business close. Janice
Do not order from this site. They take your money and never send you what you ordered. It's a ripoff.
These people are horrible!! They do not respond to phone calls..they don't even answer their phone. I order items that never show up..no tracking numbers, nothing. DO not buy from them!!
3-28-19 I received some of my order that I place on 1-29-19 but never received the rest. I have called and e-mailed and although I was told that they have some of the items that I am waiting for, but they still did not send them. I will never order from this company again.
The Big Ceramic Store will charge your credit card and then doesn't send you what you purchased! I am not saying I will never receive my glazes, but I am a small business owner and rely on having the materials I need to make my product. Placed an order online 12/10/18 and payed with credit card. Received part of my order early January. Two glazes received February 10th, I just got email confirmation that the rest of the order is on the way Feb 16th. Will never order here again!
PLEASE stay away from this store and DO NOT buy your pottery items here. I have had nothing but bad customer service from this company and want to warn others before you buy. I bought an item from them and tried to cancel the item before it was sent to me. They said because they sent the item that I was no longer able to cancel (even though I sent my cancellation request BEFORE it was shipped from FedEx). Ordered Skutt kiln and vent in early October. Received a little over a month later. They are slow to respond, but they will follow through. Leave respectful, calm detailed phone message and email with "Angela" and she will make sure you get your order. I believe they are just understaffed, but are trying to make things right again.
I ordered from them well over a month ago. First they wanted a purchase order and then send the amount was too low for a PO. Called and gave them a credit card number two weeks ago and haven't seen the order yet. I have called several times and send e-mail support requests. No one answer the phone or support tickets. Obviously a lousy company that doesn't follow up. Will have to cancel the charge soon.
