Went to Bettenhausen Fiat in Tinley Park because I needed to buy a vehicle. I met sales associate De Ason Taylor in used cars. Mr. Taylor was very efficient when comes to selling. Asked me want I needed and provided the vehicles for consideration. When I told him I needed the wife to look at the vehicle I selected, he told me I could take it home. I just love my FIAT 500 Sport! This little car has everything I wanted and needed. I even got the Rear Seat Delete! So great for storage! I had the best salesman, Micah Neely and along with his great service, Lisa helped write a good deal for me! Then the service team writers - Bob Smukula, who walked me through getting the great Extended Service Plan. Then each time I come in, I see Jessica Chaput! Bad, just bad my husband had pre ordered the Fiat 124 spider limited edition. For my birthday . And thay smashed it but promised to make it right . After there top mechanic drove it into the back end of a public works truck damage to the front end and a airbag deployed. All thay wanted to do is give me the Fiat coupon off of 1500. That for a 3 x car buyer. And one of which we took a loss of over 1900 $ on, and just smiled and purchased a new fiat 500x . Had a great experience at Bettenhausen Fiat. I bought my first real car, a Jeep Patriot, and John Hartsick was extremely helpful in helping me find the car I was looking for. He was very accommodating and was willing to help with everything I needed. I was nervous About going car shopping because I hadn't had good experiences at car dealerships in the past, but John and every other person working there was so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
