Just wanted to share about my experience purchasing our new car. I was nervous about dealing with the hassle of purchasing a car because I just had knee surgery the week before. Micah Neely, Sales Manager, really made the experience a good one. Micah went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Thank you Micah and I know that when I am looking for another car my first stop will be Betthausen because of him! Above and beyond what I expected. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car.
I loved the no haggle process and Abbie Kloss was very helpful to me and my wife. We found a van online and it was exactly what we wanted. The entire process was with only with one person and that helped alleviate the back and forth of other dealerships. Overall I would highly recommend this location and Abbie as well.

I just had an oil change - and of course, they washed the car. The facilities are clean and inviting. I didn't have an appointment but I didn't have to wait long for my car to be ready. And I think I got a good deal on oil changes.
I just purchased a new vehicle from Bettenhausen from Dee and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! They aren't ones to haggle on prices, but that is ok because they already have the best deals in the area! I didn't feel pressured throughout the whole process and Dee helped explain all of the features in the vehicle that I had never seen before. On Monday April 4, 2016 I purchased a new car from Bettenhausen Fiat in Tinley Park. I had the nicest experience with JimThezan and Lisa in the loan department they really made me feel welcome. They both had a lot of patience with me and that made me feel comfortable doing business with them. I will definitely recommend Bettenhausen Fiat to my family and friends.
