Worse experience and continues to get worse. Customer service is horrible. And the way I am currently getting treated is just downright ridiculous. Wish I never came here. Paying to much on a Jeep.. Started with a soft top issue with my Jeep I received with factory seal and went to open it and take the seal off and put on my Jeep and there was holes in it. Thank you Bettenhausen. I got a flat tire today and called my roadside assistance out. They could not change my tire because I didn’t have a wheel lock key. I was not provided one when I purchased the car and didn’t realize it until now. Bettenhausen went out of their way to assist me. They sent a guy to try to get it off with the master key but they couldn’t find it so he repaired my tire so I could drive it to the dealer. ****THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEALERSHIP**** The salesperson (Josh) I spoke with initially is the person I dealt with the entire time even thru the loan process, they were extremely professional and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience!! I was treated as though I was buying one of the sexy Maserati (LOL) but I must say i got a pretty decent price for my 2016 Dodge Charger- I’m sold and I would recommend every and anyone to this dealership....THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
My family has been working work Santo Garbo at Bettenhausen Fiat for well over a decade to purchase their cars. My own car was old and it was definitely time for an upgrade - who else to go to but Santo. Worst customer service. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. I need two new tires right away. They told me to book an appointment. I asked when the next available day is they said next week. I call that week to book an appointment with a loaner car. NOPE!!! They said they don't have loaner cars. What kind of bs is this. I would not recommend this crap
