Bought a used truck from a salesman that almost called me daily for two weeks, until I bought the truck. He assured me that everything was covered under warranty for 3 months or 3,000 miles. after calling service department they said my mirror lights were not covered , my windshield washer sprayer was also not covered, and my tailgate shock might be covered. my salesman was great.service for maintenance on my vehicle I have nothing good to say. they have misled me on my warranty, treated me with disrespect, didn't follow thru with my warranty I paid for. I have pictures of my wiring problems that they did not fix. an employee treated me unfairly, I complained and their excuse was that she was not feeling well that day. and this is a family business. NOT!
I bought a used truck from them recently. Paid full price , brought 5k cash as a down payment, perfect credit , not one issue with me . In and out, probably the easiest transaction these folks ever had. Since I paid full price the truck was supposed to get new tires, fix a few scratches and a little 5in diameter discoloration on the door blended by their "state of the art bodywork facility". They sold us a 2018 with an outdated navigation. When they updated it, they blew out the entire electric system. They continue to give us the run around about fixing it. The fob won’t even work to open the doors nor can it be jumped because it’s so dead! We were told to call a town truck. I’ve had the car for three weeks and it hasn’t moved from my driveway because it can’t. And they feed us lie after lie after lie about fixing it. They don’t care. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!
