Used Bettenhausen numerous times to purchase new vehicles and the service was amazing , but slowly through the years it has become less appreciated as I’m feeling the customer service focus is not as good as it was. The fact that I had to call for updates on my car and no loaners were ever available which almost cost me a job I had recently landed and other small issues was basically the straw that broke the camels back. I bought at Dodge Dart less than a year ago from your Oak Park location. On top of several cosmetic problems, it broke down in the middle of the road shortly after. At your 159th street location, your service advisor told me that I had to drive my vehicle with a known destroyed engine until the new one was shipped.
