First car purchase on Wednesday with Lauren Avolio. Definitely made it pain free. When I left I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Definitely would recommend purchasing at bettenhausen :)
Enjoyed my experience. It was not a pressure to just get a car I could afford not what I wanted. Loved the fact that you can test drive the car without them sitting next to you telling you where to turn. Sally and Lisa were great and really went above to get the deal done. They were up front and did not pull my leg. It was not an easy deal but in the end it all worked out for us all. I'm truly very happy with my Jeep patroit In the color I wanted most.
My wife Pat and I had a GREAT buying experience last night. Pat chose a 2014 Fiat 500L. Thanks to Lisa and Lauren for making everything work out better than we would have expected. My daughter and her future fiancé bought a Dodge Dart and Jeep from the Bettenhausen dealers in the past year and had equally great experiences. We can't say enough good things about them!

I would highly recommend Fiat of Tinley Park- Bob in sales is the greatest. The service department will do everything to make you happy the dealer will go beyond and above anybody's expectations.
