I had purchased my last vehicle from Bettenhausen in 2012. Mark Anderson was my sales associate and he was wonderful. He treated me like you would treat your family, not a stranger. Honestly the best and easiest auto purchasing experience I have ever had. I recommend working with Micah. He was down to earth, helped make sense of the whole process, bent over backwards to meet our needs (even had a vehicle transferred from one of Bettenhausen's other locations while we were on a test drive of the vehicle we came in to look at, just so we had something to compare it to), and even stayed late to finish up with us. Jim Thezan was a pleasure to work with and took our busy schedule into account when purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler for my wife. Great communication all around.
