I went to Bettenhausen Fiat to look for a used car. After test driving and finding the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I worked with Bill Slager for the sale. Throughout the process, which was new to me, Bill made sure I understood everything we discussed. He went into detail about all of my options, speaking clearly and pausing to see if I had any questions. Any questions I did have were answered immediately. Bill helped make the process of buying a car easy and enjoyable.
For the most part the price and the work is reasonable at this shop. What they do need to work on a little bit is quality control the last few jobs I've had are really good but a couple of times the past the techs didn't do to complete checkups: they didn't check my fluids, air filters or windshield wipers. You figure when you bring in a car, that when you take it out there should be nothing wrong, that's just old school. I'm satisfied with this shop. Only place that I bring my Jeep in to get serviced.
I recently bought a new Fiat and was very happy with the whole process. Kristin Berry helped me from start to finish. Kristin was very helpful and very professional. I strongly recommend Bettenhausen to everyone who wants to buy a car. The best and easiest car shopping experience ever!
