As part of our tradition, we've been coming here for 13 years on our annual quest to Musikfest and have watched this place grow older and less desirable each time. The air conditioning unit sounds like it's about to take flight every time it starts, the carpets and lamps are tired, the bar seems dated and the rooms, while clean-ish, definitely need refreshing. Still no elevator and the front desk has lost most of its charm. Sadly, we will find other spot to park next year.
We had our 50th Hugh school reunion here. All personnel we worked with from beginning inquires to final conclusion of the event were professional,friendly and helpful. The food service, waitstaff and food selections were great. Best Western was a great choice to hold our event. Would highly recommend it for your next event.

Friendly staff, the breakfast was great and the service was wonderful.
We stayed one night and used a meeting facility the next day. The guest room was spacious and beautiful. The body wash and shampoo in the shower dispensers were empty, but soaps and a travel size shampoo were provided. The meeting facility was nice and met our needs, and the refreshments & snacks provided were delicious. My only complaint is that when you first walk into the hotel, you are met with a wall of chemical-laden fragrance being pumped through the vents in the building. This is One of my favorite place. I call this place my weekend retreat for good food, party and sleep overnight. Service is fabulous and accessible by Eddy's Taxi Service available 24 Hours. Call 908-455-5400
