The staff here are the best we had our wedding recently here and everyone was so kind and generous I had family from out of state and they absolutely agreed that everyone was so nice thank you Best Western for giving us such a great time and hospitality
Rude front desk staff for the morning shift. They were so dismissive of any concern or feedback i had (such as a non functional heating unit at the room in a very cold weather). If you want to be yelled at by a hotel front desk staff, best western hotel at lehigh valley is the place for you.
this place is nothing but a dump for whores and prostitutes to pick up guys at the bar that's inside the hotel on the weekends it's nothing more than a gutter banging laughing rude obnoxious people 4 o'clock in the morning throwing beer bottles banging on walls But if youre looking for the definition of a phuck Motel this is it

Best breakfast anywhere! Housekeeping and hospitality staff are polite, kind, and everyone greets you. The pool needs repainted on the bottom (overheard maintenance discussing the plan to do so during the upcoming "off" season), but the restaurant food, bar service, and overall hospitality are top notch! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and I always look forward to my stay at the Best Western Lehigh Valley Conference Center. I highly recommend to everyone.
Like I rated, it was okay. Room was not cleaned on a daily basis. Sometimes towels were not replaced until after I came home in the evening after 4 or 5 pm. Had a waterfall outside my door, I guess due to the rainy weather. All in all my stay at Best Western sucked!
Always a great time.... Never a dull moment at this hotel ! Great food,music,dancing & accommodations. It's a great escape for any occasion with a SUPER staff. I would stay any chance I get.
My group had a meeting with lunch here. The staff worked hard during the meeting, keeping refreshments available, trash cleared etc. the great surprise was lunch. It was delicious and healthy. The green beans and chicken were excellent.
