I work in kitchen we have a roach problem I thought the people should know about.
Okay first you need better signage to your establishment. The rooms were, clean and large. Normally breakfast is just bases and donuts. To have a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, oatmeal, homemade waffles was surprisingly delightful. A lot of kids running in hall late at night, was told a weeding was held. If not for the fact of the noise, five stars would have been given.
We had our annual awards banquet for a touring race series at the facility last night. The staff all went above and beyond and all our guests enjoyed themselves. It appears the facility is older, but they have done a lot to renovate and update the entire building. It's clearly a work in progress, but everything was clean and well kept. We have no complaints and I already contacted Liz to reserve our date again for next year! Hotel staff is very rude. The food is great and worth the money. Rooms are nice and beds are great.
Registration is problematic and maybe a 2, based on both prior years and this year. It is especially annoying when you need reasonable accomodations. They dont seem to understand mobility impairments. Rooms need upgrades in many areas, so I would also say a 2. Housekeeping has been great for me, 4. Service in bar/restaurant is 4 to 5. Food is 4 and is actually cooked, not microwave cooked. Even included breakfast has scrambled eggs that have been pan cooked.
was canvasing for the democrats , too my surprise " coffee with Ivanka" at 4:45 pm at my hotel. showed up and was turned away w trump ppl. Fuck best western ....................
Do Not stay here. The non smoking rooms smell like an ashtray. We found bugs in the bed and on the curtains. Blood stains on the bed. Disgusting!!! They should be shut down.
The staff was very friendly but the room could use updating. Our phone did not work when we first came -needed to have someone repair it. Then the door leading to the parking lot from our room -the key access did not work and could not be repaired. The food in the Foundry restaurant was good but the wait staff were short handed and got the check receipts for our large group messed up
