staff was awesome. food very good. I had the Ruben on rye. finally found a place that makes a ruben like it should. I told the waitress she told the chef, and the chef came to talk to me.
Nice place for the Groupon price. Bartender Tyler is a sweetheart. The food was very good including Free breakfast.
Nice courtyard with a large pool! Great rooms and food! Needs more signs that it is a Best Western hotel.

Recently tried to stay here and was horribly treated by management who would not accept our 501(c)(3) tax free form. 125 nights a year and top level customer at multiple brands and never an issue except here. Management was rude and completely unhelpful and showed no sign of wanting my business. Best Western Hotels & Resorts should not have this management representing their brand. Each morning the room was not cleaned, beds not made, no towels replaced in bathroom. Told the front desk 3x and the nonsense continued. Other than the poor room cleaning service, the price is right and the overall facility is fine.
